Primary text

The sale of a sheep whose abdomen is full due to fodder, leading the buyer to believe it is pregnant, does not grant the buyer the option to rescind the contract. This is because the abdominal fullness is not definitively indicative of pregnancy, as it could result from eating or drinking, and thus does not correspond to the specific attribute upon which the transaction was based.
