Primary text
The sale is deemed permissible when the guardian perceives a clear benefit (*حظ*) for the minor, even if immediate financial necessity is absent. Such benefits include exchanging the property for one in a location offering greater utility, or selling it to capitalize on an advantageous purchase opportunity (*ghibta*) that requires liquidating the existing asset. It is also permitted if the current location poses a tangible harm to the minor, such as detrimental neighborhood conditions, allowing the purchase of a better residence.
