Primary text
If a boat is prepared for fishing—such as one equipped with lights and metal plates to attract fish—the fish acquired in it are owned by the owner, as the boat has become an apparatus prepared for that purpose. If the boat was not prepared for this activity, the owner does not acquire ownership of anything that happens to fall into it.
