Primary text
If a pool or sieve is prepared specifically for catching fish, any fish obtained within it is owned by the preparer because it functions as a tool for fishing, similar to a net. This ownership applies whether the pool or net was rented or borrowed for the purpose of catching fish. The ownership is established upon the fish being acquired within that prepared apparatus.
