Primary text
If a hunting apparatus, such as a net, snare, or hook, is not set up for hunting and there is no intention to hunt, the owner does not acquire ownership of any game caught in it. This is because the apparatus is not considered prepared for hunting in that state, resembling land that is not prepared for game.
