Does the general prohibition against 'sale with a condition' invalidate every stipulation?

Primary text
The prohibition by the Prophet (peace be upon him) against 'sale with a condition' applies only to two conditions made within one sale (*bay' wa shartayn*), implying that a single valid condition is permissible. Analogically, the reasoning of those who invalidate all conditions is refuted by the established validity of stipulating an option to retract the sale (*khiyar*) or delaying payment of the price.
