Is it permissible to sell any derivative of separated milk (butter, ghee, sour milk) for non-separated milk products like cheese or colostrum?

It is not permissible to sell butter, ghee, or sour milk for any type of unprocessed milk product such as cheese or colostrum. This is because these latter products have not had anything extracted from them, meaning their ruling is the same as milk that still contains its butter, thus prohibiting their exchange for the base milk itself.
