Primary text
It is permissible to take collateral for a right to services that are established in the liability, such as tailoring a garment or building a house, because such a right is fixed in the debtor's liability and can be collected from the collateral by hiring someone else using the proceeds of the collateral to perform the work, thus making it analogous to a standard debt.
