The measure must be delivered full to its capacity and what it can hold, without leveling off (*masth*), compacting (*daq*), or shaking (*hazz*). This is because the phrasing, such as stating, 'I sold to you a *qafīz* (a measure),' implies what the measure contains when filled to its capacity as described.
