If the item was purchased using one currency (e.g., Dinars) but the seller claims it was purchased using another (e.g., Dirhams), or if it was purchased using goods (*'arad*) but the seller claims it was purchased for a monetary price, or vice versa, the buyer has the option to either annul the contract and recover the price paid or agree to the sale based on the transaction that actually occurred.
