Musāqāh and Muzāra'ah are apparently permissible contracts, and thus the option is not established in them. The initial ruling is that they are permissible.

It has been stated that they are binding, leading to two views regarding the establishment of the option. Furthermore, racing and archery are seemingly ju'alah contracts, thus having no option. Another view suggests they are rental agreements, which has already been discussed.
