If the crop involves taking the flowers while the roots remain in the ground, such as violets (banafsaj) and narcissus (narjis), the roots belong to the buyer because they were placed in the ground to remain there, akin to alfalfa. Similarly, the leaves and branches belong to the buyer because they are not intended for removal, resembling the leaves and branches of trees. Regarding the flowers, if they have already bloomed, they belong to the seller; otherwise, they belong to the buyer, following the previous stipulations.
