In every situation where we rule that the seller is not permitted to repurchase the item, the agent acting on his behalf is also prohibited from doing so, as the agent stands in the principal's position.
Supporting text
It is permissible for other individuals, whether the seller's father, son, or any other person, to execute this purchase. This is allowed because they are not the original seller and are buying for themselves, thus resembling a non-affiliated third party (Ajnabi).
