If the milk has changed quality, such as turning sour, there are two views. One view holds that the seller is not obligated to accept it, based on the Hadith and the fact that the milk has been damaged, akin to the buyer destroying it. The other view compels acceptance because the change occurred due to the seller's deception and giving the buyer permission to milk, meaning the defect resulted from the initial wrongful act, and thus should not prevent the right of return, similar to the milk of a non-Musrah animal.
