Does the restriction of five *wasq* in the sale of 'Araya apply if the sale is divided between two sellers?

Primary text
If a man sells two 'Araya transactions to two different men, totaling more than five *wasq*, the transaction is permissible. The basis for this allowance is the buyer's need, as indicated by the tradition where the Prophet (PBUH) permitted it for needy Companions who lacked cash to buy fresh dates to eat. Since the rationale for the concession is the buyer's need, the seller's need for the sale is not considered, and thus the five *wasq* limit does not bind the seller.

Abu Bakr and Al-Qadi hold that it is impermissible, basing their view on the same rationale applied to the buyer's restriction. Furthermore, if both the buyer's need and the seller's need were required, the concession would likely be lost as the concurrence of both needs is rare, leading to the nullification of the concession.
