Primary text

If the buyer accepts the animal after discovering the defect of withholding milk (Tasriyat), but subsequently finds another defect, the buyer retains the right to return the item due to the new defect. Acceptance of one defect does not negate the right to return based on a subsequent, different defect. This is analogous to purchasing a lame animal, accepting the lameness, and subsequently discovering vitiligo (baras). If the return is enacted due to a subsequent defect, the buyer is obligated to provide one Sa' (a measure) of dates as compensation for the milk that was taken, because this compensation was established in the case of returning due to Tasriyat, making it a general obligation upon return.
