If the seller stipulates that the material must be raw (kham) or scoured (maqsura), the buyer is entitled to exactly what was stipulated. If the condition is not mentioned, it is permissible, and the buyer receives the raw material because it is the default state.

If the condition specified is washed (maghsul) or worn (labis), the contract is not permissible because the state of being worn varies and cannot be precisely defined or controlled.
