If both cheese and Aqit are moist, or if one is moist, the exchange between them is forbidden, similar to exchanging fresh dates for dried dates. If both are dry, there is uncertainty. One view suggests it is forbidden because cheese is sold by weight while Aqit is sold by measure, making the exchange invalid, like bread for flour. Another view suggests it is permissible if they are equal, similar to exchanging bread for bread.
