Al-Mughni
Book of Sales
Primary text
If one party claims the sale was conducted with something voiding the contract, such as wine or an unknown period of option ('khiyar majhul'), and the other party asserts the sale was for known currency or a specified option period, the statement of the party claiming validity is accepted upon their oath.
