Primary text
For items that serve the utility of the house but are detached, such as a key, or the upper stone of a mill when the lower one is installed, there are two possible rulings. One view holds that they are included in the sale because they are necessary for its utility, analogous to installed items. The other view maintains that they are excluded because they are detached, similar to uninstalled items or locks and buckets.
