Supporting text
In one narration, the companions of Al-Shafi'i permit the return because the deception existed at the moment of contract, establishing the right of return, similar to a reduction in milk yield. However, the primary view maintains that the option was established to counter the anticipated harm of reduced milk, and since no harm was realized, the right to return ceases, as the condition of the sold item has not changed from the time of contract.
