Primary text

If the effort required to catch the fish in the pool involves minor exertion or cost, the ruling is the same as the ruling for selling a bird in an aviary, where there is disagreement regarding the extent of effort allowed. However, if the effort required is significant, and the time until delivery becomes prolonged, the sale is invalid due to the inability to deliver and the uncertainty regarding the time when delivery becomes possible.
