The Hadith regarding the three-day warranty for slaves is not authentically established. Imam Ahmad states that there is no sound Hadith regarding this matter. Ibn Al-Mundhir confirms that no sound Hadith exists concerning this warranty period. Furthermore, the narration traced through Al-Hasan is invalid because Al-Hasan did not meet 'Uqbah. The alleged consensus of the people of Medina is not taken as proof.
