Primary text

The subsequent sale of an item purchased under a void contract is invalid. This invalidity stems from the fact that the buyer is attempting to sell the property of another without permission. Consequently, the initial buyer must return the item to the first seller because the first seller remains the owner, and the first seller has the right to retrieve the item wherever it is found.
