Possession of the sold item is valid either before or after the price is paid, provided it is with the seller's choice or without his choice. This is because the seller does not have the right to hold the sold item against the receipt of the price, as delivery is one of the necessities of the contract, and whatever occurs after the contract fulfills its requirement, similar to the possession of the price.
