Usury applies to the meat of birds because it is meat, and usury applies to all other types of meat. Although it is not typically sold by weight, it is considered to be of the same class as items that are weighed, its heaviness is generally intended, and its value differs based on its weight, thereby resembling bread sold by count where weight is a factor.
