What is the validity of a sale conducted inside a mosque?
Chapter on Selling the Musarrah (Animal with milk retained in udder)

Primary text
If a sale occurs within the mosque, the sale itself is valid (sahih). This is because the sale has been concluded with its essential pillars (arkan) and conditions, and no nullifying defect has been established for it. The dislike (makruh) associated with the act does not mandate invalidity, similar to deceit (ghish), intentional misrepresentation (tadlis), or withholding milk from livestock (tasriyah) in a sale. The Prophet's command to say, 'May Allah not profit your trade,' without declaring the sale void, serves as proof of its validity.
