The vendor is obligated to water the fruit if it requires irrigation, as the vendor must deliver the fruit completely, which necessitates the act of watering. If the vendor refuses to water the fruit, causing damage to the original tree or plant, the vendor must be compelled to do so because this obligation was established upon entering the contract.
