Can a wealthy guardian (other than a father) consume from the orphan's wealth?

If the guardian is wealthy (musir), he must abstain from consuming any of the orphan's wealth, unless he is the father. This is based on the divine command: {And whoever is self-sufficient, let him abstain from it} (Quran 4:6).
