Primary text
If a wall between two houses belonging to one owner collapses, and one requests the other to rebuild it or assist in rebuilding it, the refusing party is not compelled. If the refusing party is the owner of the wall, they are not forced to build their exclusive property, similar to the wall belonging solely to the other party. If the refusing party is the neighbor, they are not forced to build the property of another or assist in building it.
