Primary text
If a person placed wood upon another's wall, and it was subsequently removed due to the wood falling, the wall collapsing, or the wood being pulled down, the owner retains the right to re-place the wood. This right persists because the underlying cause that permitted the initial placement remains continuous, thus the entitlement to that action continues.
