Primary text

If the ruling assigns the end portion of the alley exclusively to the owner of the door situated at the head of that alley, that owner has the right to modify his exclusive property. He may transform it into a private vestibule for himself or integrate it into his house, provided he does so in a manner that does not harm his neighbor and does not place anything upon the neighbor's wall, as this portion is his exclusive property.
