If the second homeowner (further inside) also has another door within the alley, their ruling regarding moving their door forward or backward is the same as that of the first homeowner. If the second homeowner has no other door within the alley, they have the right to move their door wherever they wish because they are first in line, and no one disputes their use beyond the location of the first door. Under the alternative interpretation mentioned previously, both owners possess this general right of relocation.
