What is the ruling if a woman sells an item, it is found defective, and the buyer settles by marrying her to herself in compensation for the defect's valuation, and the defect subsequently disappears?

Primary text
If a woman enters into a marriage contract with herself as compensation for the valuation (Arsh) of a defect in an item she sold, and the defect subsequently vanishes, she is entitled to claim the *Arsh* (valuation of the defect) and not the equivalent of the *Mahr al-Mithl* (dower customary for a woman of her standing). This is because she consented to that specific arrangement as her dower.
