Is a settlement ('Sulh') involving the service of a slave for one year valid?

Primary text
A settlement involving the service of a slave for one year is valid, and it is deemed a lease ('Ijarah'). If the slave is sold during that year, the sale is valid. The purchaser possesses the slave whose usufruct is negated for the remainder of the year, while the lessee retains the right to utilize the service until the term concludes. This is analogous to the case where a man marries off his female slave and subsequently sells her.
