Primary text
A settlement regarding a specific location for a water channel, provided its location, width, and length are clarified, is valid. This is treated as a sale of that piece of land. Specification of depth is unnecessary because ownership of the location grants the owner rights down to its boundaries, allowing him to utilize it as he wishes.
