Is a settlement valid if the confessor grants the entire land in exchange for the crop, on the condition that the crop is cut?

Primary text
A settlement concerning the entire crop for the entire land, conditional upon cutting the crop so that the land is delivered empty, is correct. This is because half of the crop's cutting is established by the right of the settlement, and the remainder is for the purpose of vacating the land, thus making the cutting possible.
