Is a settlement valid if a woman offers compensation to withdraw her claim of triple divorce?

If a woman claims her husband divorced her three times and settles for money to drop her claim, the settlement is invalid. This is because it is not permissible for her to relinquish her person to her former husband for compensation or without compensation.
Supporting text
If she gives him money for him to acknowledge the triple divorce, one view rules it invalid. Another view rules it permissible, analogous to her offering compensation for him to divorce her three times.
