Primary text

If the contract is revocable and is terminated after the fruit appears, the fruit remains jointly owned by both parties according to their stipulated shares, and the worker's right is not extinguished. The worker must complete the necessary tasks. This mirrors the situation in *Muḍārabah* when profit appears and the partnership is dissolved.

Supporting text

If the worker terminates the contract before the fruit appears, they forfeit their right to compensation, as they agreed to forgo their right, resembling a *Muḍārabah* partner dissolving before profit appears, or a *Ja'ālah* worker abandoning the task before completion.
