Is it permissible for the beneficiary of a Waqf (endowment) to engage in Muzara'ah or Musāqāh regarding its trees?

The beneficiary of a Waqf is permitted to engage in Muzara'ah of the land or Musāqāh concerning its trees because they are either the owner of the principal property (Raqabah) or occupy the position equivalent to the owner. There is no known disagreement on this point among those who permit Musāqāh and Muzāra'ah.
