What is the legal consequence of specifying conditions that invalidate the *Musāqāh*?

If any of the invalid conditions mentioned are stipulated, the *Musāqāh* contract is voided. In such cases, the entire yield is the property of the landowner (*rabb al-māl*) because it represents the increase of his property. The laborer is entitled to compensation equivalent to the fair market wage for his labor, similar to a voided *Muḍārabah* (profit-sharing) contract.
