The contract is invalid (fasid) by the consensus of the scholars if the agreement stipulates that the landowner receives a specific crop, the laborer receives a specific crop, or if one party is allocated specific areas like channels or streams, either exclusively or alongside their share. This invalidity is due to the authentic, un-abrogated, and un-countered report prohibiting such arrangements. Furthermore, this leads to the destruction of what was designated for one party without the other, resulting in one party exclusively enjoying the yield while the other does not.
