What is the ruling if the parties stipulate unequal shares of the crop in a sharecropping contract?
Chapter on Sharecropping (Muzara'ah)

Book of Sharecropping (Musāqāh)
Primary text
If the parties stipulate unequal shares of the crop, and the contract is deemed valid, the crop is divided according to their stipulation, and no further recourse between them is permitted. If the contract is deemed void, the crop is divided based on the proportion of seeds each contributed, and they must reconcile any excess received, as detailed previously for the void contract scenario.

This principle also applies if there is an unequal contribution of seeds while stipulating equal crop shares, or if one party is stipulated to receive more or less than the value of their seed contribution.
