What is the ruling if there are two workers and one capital owner, and one worker testifies on behalf of the other worker?

If there are two workers and one capital owner, and one worker testifies concerning their colleague (the other worker), that testimony is accepted based on the principle that the witness does not draw a benefit to himself nor ward off harm from himself.
