What is the ruling when a worker is incapable of performing their work due to weakness but remains trustworthy?

If a worker is incapable of fulfilling their duty due to weakness, provided they are still trustworthy, another person is joined with them. The original worker's control over the work is not revoked because the performance of the work remains an obligation upon them, and allowing them to retain control causes no harm.
