What happens if the master dies before the slave fulfills the Kitaba payments, and the Tadbir exceeds the one-third estate allowance?

If the Tadbir exceeds the one-third allowance, the slave is manumitted to the extent of one-third of the estate value based on the Tadbir, and the corresponding obligation from the Kitaba is dropped. The slave remains obligated to pay the remainder of the Kitaba stipulated amount.
