Is it valid to revoke the *tadbir* of only the mother slave, distinct from her offspring?

Primary text
It is valid to revoke the *tadbir* of the mother slave alone. This is permissible because if revoking the direct owner's *tadbir* over the mother is valid, it is more permissible regarding an issue not directly under the *tadbir* decree. Furthermore, if a master manumits his slave and her already-born child conditionally upon death, the revocation of the *tadbir* for one without the other is valid, similar to the case of manumitting one twin while keeping the other in bondage.
