If the master revokes the *tadbir* of a pregnant slave woman, and the revocation is deemed valid, the child she is carrying does not follow into the revoked status. This is because a separate, existing person (a child already born) does not follow in matters of freedom or *tadbir*, making it even less likely for an unborn entity to follow in a revocation of *tadbir*.
