Is compensation due for the usufruct of a free person when they are prevented from working without being physically confined?

Primary text
If the captor prevents the free person from working without confinement, compensation for the usufruct is not due, unanimously. This is because if the same action were done to a slave (preventing work without confinement), compensation for the usufruct would not be due, making the free person's case even stronger in that regard.
