Primary text
Liability arises when someone loosens a water skin (*ziqq*) and the water spills out, because the act of loosening the skin constitutes aggression (*ta'addi*). Moreover, the typical outcome of opening a water skin is the outflow of liquid, whereas the typical outcome of customary actions like lighting a fire or watering one's land is not the spread of damage to another's property.
